3in1 BODY WASH BASE

Description

Create high-quality vegan friendly, non-sulphate,  body wash, bubble bath, hand wash or shower gel products with ease, using our 3 in 1 Body Wash base. Add colour, fragrance or other additives for a customised finish.

Our 3 in 1 Body Wash Base is a high viscous pre-thickened ready to use product. This provides a hassle free body wash soap base for your product development. Should your base require additional thickening after the addition of your water soluble fragrances, small increments of Cocamidopropyl Betaine can be added and easily stirred in. (Please be aware that over thickening the base can cause it to go cloudy and thin.)

Preservation: This formula contains a sufficient preservative system to allow a shelf life of two & a half years under normal conditions. However, should you wish to add more than 10% extra material or dilute the product by adding more than 10% water, we recommend that you add an additional 0.1% preservative (per 10% of added material), using suitable preservatives such as ethyl hexyl glycerine or Stabil.

Fragrancing:  This unscented liquid bodywash base is easily fragranced;  try 10 to 17 drops of essential oil or fragrance oil to 100 mL. The options are endless with this product, be creative and experiment with your favorite oils. this formulation lends itself to create a hand wash and/or bubble bath

Colouring: Make a dilute solution of water soluble food colours in water. Try 1 to 5 drops of dilute colours to 100gm 3in1 Body Wash base. see our colour guide note that food colours are diminishing in strength over time and under UV light conditions

Appearance: Consistency of a semi viscous gel.
