Rice Powder (Oryza sativa) is a natural vegan texturiser, filler which can replace talc and/or other starches in makeup recipes. Our Rice Powder is an all-natural, silky product that aids in oil absorption, creating a matte, shine free finish while providing a  velvet-soft feel to your products.

Use
