Arnica montana, commonly known as Leopard’s Bane, is a cornerstone of herbal medicine, primarily valued for its claimed potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Its therapeutic properties are attributed to sesquiterpene lactones, such as helenalin, which reduce swelling and inhibit inflammatory pathways.
