Bearberry oil-soluble extract

Bearberry OS extract (or macerate) is a lipid-based botanical ingredient typically produced by infusing the leaves of Arctostaphylos uva-ursi into a sunflower seed carrier oil. Unlike aqueous extracts, this oil-soluble version enables the incorporation of bearberry’s potent skin-brightening actives into anhydrous (water-free) formulations such as facial oils and lip balms.
